Technicians from NSA-Magna recently supported the 2026 turnaround for Terra Nova FPSO. Terra Nova has an annual shutdown each year to execute maintenance and upgrade work that is unable to be done during production. This year, the outage was completed in under 10 days without any HSE incidents. Scopes included work on the MP compressor (dry gas seal) , Heating Medium maintenance, and a valve replacement campaign. Much of the credit for the success of this year’s campaign was directed towards the more than fifty (50) trades personnel mobilized by Magna Services.

On January 22, 2026, Newfoundland Service Alliance (NSA) was honoured as a 30-year member.  NSA joined EnergyNL (previously NOIA) in 1996 prior to first oil production at Hibernia.  The association is a valuable resource for businesses in the industry providing countless networking opportunities and information for its members.
